Policy Varies by Property
StayNiska is an online travel platform. Each property sets its own cancellation and refund rules. There is no single policy that applies to all bookings — the terms depend on the property and the rate you select.
To view the policy for a specific stay, check the search results, the property page, or your booking confirmation email.
General Principles
Free cancellation, partial refunds, or non-refundable rates are determined by each property. When you book, the exact policy is clearly displayed before you confirm. Cancellation deadlines and fees (if any) vary. Always review the policy for your chosen rate before completing the booking.
Date Changes
Date changes are subject to the property's policy and availability. Some bookings may be modified free of charge; others may incur fees or require a new booking. Contact us or the property directly to request a change. Modifications are not guaranteed.
No-Show
If you do not arrive for your stay and do not cancel in advance, the property may charge the full amount according to its policy. No-shows typically result in no refund. We recommend cancelling or modifying your booking before the deadline if your plans change.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved, we initiate the refund through our payment gateway (Razorpay, PhonePe, or other provider used for the original transaction). Refunds are credited to the same payment method used for the booking: UPI refunds to UPI, card refunds to card, etc. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days; your bank or payment app may take additional time. Refund status can be checked in your booking confirmation or by contacting us.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider, please contact us first at support@niskagroup.com with your booking reference. We will investigate and respond within the timeframe required by our payment partners. Unauthorized chargebacks for valid bookings may result in account suspension and recovery action as per applicable law.
